Moved in during 2014 Apartments are very small very small The walls are super thin I could her my neighbors arguing phones ringing and them snoring too I shared my apartment with mice which I killed during my months of living there about 12 of them and there were no roaches The heat is controlled by the City of Philadelphia and there is no AC so you need a window unit The front door is secure use a key to enter but it breaks and some residents like to prop the door open There is drug activity that happens in and around the building and not just weed There was a break in when I lived there There are mentally challenged adults that live in the building I lived above a woman that would yell and play her music all hours of the night I contacted the leasing office and they kicked her out a week before I moved lolnnIt is also very dangerous in that area of West Philly move closer to University City and still watch your back I would seriously consider not moving to this building or any of their properties My rent was about 750 a month so I guess you get what you pay for I am now living in a much better location out of state lol
