My father was at Germantown Home for a short rehab stay and I must say his and our family experience was amazing from beginning to end Lets start with the very warm and personal greeting from Terri the admissions director The floor staff and all of his care nurses were awesome and very pleasant every day He loved the rehab team as well an they got him walking and going up stairs rather quickly to my surprise The DON Zena was also there upon admission getting my sister and I everything we needed and was so helpful getting him settled that night She was immediately responsive when I called her on 2 occasions answering her phone on the first ring thats amazing in itself and jumping into action to honor my request I was able to meet the Administrator Pam Howard as well who assured me that my father would be well taken care of and he was Her staff exceeded all expectations and everyone seemed to love working there After talking with her I see why this place is the way it is The facility is very clean and bright My father really enjoyed his time there and more importantly was able to walk up his many steps into his home on his day of discharge What more can you ask for God is good and thank you to all of the staff at Germantown Home more ... hide ...
