Even if you hated your grandparents or elderly family member i say do not move them in these apartments MAIN REASON bad location Right across the street from projects Corners always litered with young ppl police presence is hevey Apartments are small Appliances are old out dated most staff is friendly but location is horrible

I live here but all these cockroaches and mice are everywhere it is just everywhere I like this place but its just not fun and comfortable because my I do not like it it is uncomfortable please fix it when I move out please cuz I do not want other people seeing things out we see

i like the fact HUD has these homes But the people they hire for the office are horrible They get nothing done and are very rude I wish they hire better people in the woodstock office They always have to replace people because of the nad customer service and still continue to hire nasty people

Nice looking apartments for the area but required constant maintenance requests for appliance breakdown Property management also never answer callsemails about recurrent issues Did not make safety a priority
