I moved in this building February 2018 I dont think anyone should take seriously the reviews of some one who is not a resident Trudy is the building manager and you will not find a more caring considerate and hard working person In fact all the employees here are polite and mannerly Often outsiders come to the office with outrageous and illegal demands I have personally wittness how very rude people have been to the employees in the front office and yet they still responded respectfullynnThis building is in a prime location in center city My view is of the Schuylkill River and River walk The elevators are always working We have plenty of hot water air conditioning and electricity Which is all included in your rent And free parking if you own a car and your visitors The building is very well maintained under the leadership of TrudynnIf you are a senior or will soon be looking to move into a Senior housing this is one of the best buildings in the citynnWe also have a tenants council and because of this we have scheduled trips to Sight and Sound Atlantic city And all types of monthly and weekly activities such as crocheting clssses bingo line dancing movie night van to take you grocery shopping Christmas party and so much more As a resident of this building I take offense to the one star reviews of people who came here once so they say and claim to have been mistreated so badly Because I dont believe them I live here and what they sayjust aint so more ... hide ...
