I have resided here for over a year now and feel like a I can give a fair an honest review First the maintenance staff are exceptional I have never lived in a place with such genuinely kind and hard working staff Any issue I have is resolved within a reasonable time frame and it is always a quality job instead of a quick fix Next the rent prices are very fai 2021-06-16T19:41:19Z
I have resided here for over a year now and feel like a I can give a fair an honest review First the maintenance staff are exceptional I have never lived in a place with such genuinely kind and hard working staff Any issue I have is resolved within a reasonable time frame and it is always a quality job instead of a quick fix Next the rent prices are very fair considering the kitchen and bathrooms have gone through high quality renovations There is security throughout the night and safety is taken seriously The location is very centrally located to the train station river trail and grocery stores The only negative I can think of for this place is the limited natural lighting and light fixtures but that is a personal preference Id recommend my friends to live here more ... hide ...

The property manager is NEVER here for her office hours I have no way of getting help as it relates to problems within the apartment building Very unprofessional establishment

This is the worst place Ive ever applied to Application process to see if Im approved took more than a week I call and never get an answer its only one nice gentleman that just started working there helping me trying his best to get me the information I need got told I would hear approval results and never got a call then the manager Candice lies and say she called me and left voice mails but I never received anything then Says Im not approved because I dont make enough which is false Me and my caseworker at the rental assistance office confirmed that they will do an inspection because we was on the phone with them so we heard them on speaker but once I get there face to face Chantelle tells me something different stating that I wasnt approved and they couldnt move forward So unorganized and are liars more ... hide ...
