I only go because my mother lives there Elevators are constantly down No other way in or out for the residents or handicap if they are down Staff in the office has been known to be down right rude The hallways and elevators smell of urine heavily and constantly Management also seems to pick on certain residents TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE MAINTENAN
