I have lived here going on my 5th year The location is great Close to a lot of places and shopping For the most part is has been okay living here When I complained about my upstairs neighbors to the leasing office the lady basically told me you live in an apartment what do you expect Was also asked if I called a non emergent police call on my neighbors you hear EVERYTHING through the ceiling Even though in the leasing agreement there is a noise policy I have issues with my bedroom window leaking Previous maintenance only patched the problem 2 years ago It was better addressed recently However its has taken over 2 weeks to fix They have been updating the electrical work in my apartment for more than 6 months I still have holes in my walls from this and the new outlets do not work yet I have 2 cats and I had to find my own ways to keep them out of the walls Rent goes up about 50 or so each year Its a good starter apartment but not great for long term I have 1 counter in my kitchen which makes cooking difficult It gets very hot in the summer and AC is extra When things go wrong like a gas leak or a power outage expect it to be fixed in about 3 to 5 days I have been without gas since Friday its taken so far 5 days to fix so I cant use my stove I have no hot water so cant wash dishes or do laundry I have considered both legal consultation or reaching out to local news stations They did offer some financial compensation for the window leaking but the company is more about saving money then about their tenets more ... hide ...

They dig in there noses in every single matter of your life and send warning notice about silly normal issues if your car not bright enough guess what they tow it up the car registration the inspection stickers water bottle in the car in brief they know how to make you break the leas and loose your security deposit one more thing dont waist your time taking care of everything in your apartment in case you have already get trapped in the property you will not get the security deposit refunded in full you will lose lots of hundreds of dollars for nothing I have lived there are in two different apartments unfortunately those were dab experiences I would go the the Skyline apartments just two minutes away driving most of my neighbors moved there they are having good experience more ... hide ...
