Horrible place to live in save your money and your credit score as the management will not help with problems like roach infestationspests troublesome neighbors etc i have a neighbor who made complaints about a tenant who is very irresponsible and never puts a leash on their dangerous dog all the management did was tell them to put a leash on the dog instead of calling animal control but to this day the irresponsible tenants still break the rules and let the dog run around loosethey also have a son who is always up to no good everywhere i walk in the parking lot there is always dog poop here and there it smells horrible this community is not so private nor is it quiet its always noisy 247 everyday loud music non stop garbage bags indoors and on the parking lot everywhere is a mess and so much more if you are looking for a quiet and SAFE community save your money as the rent is always increasing here please look elsewhere as this place is NOT where you want to live trust me lived here for 6 years this community never got better just worse wish i could give negative stars as living here is that bad

Overpriced for basic units Management is below average at handling issues and concerns Community was not great either Maybe it was where our unit was located but neighbors were not pleasant and inconsiderate of those around them the entire time I lived here Neighbors dont clean up after their dogs leave their dogs running around off of leashes on the grounds

Overpriced for basic units Management is below average at handling issues and concerns Community was not great either Maybe it was where our unit was located but neighbors were not pleasant and inconsiderate of those around them the entire time I lived here Neighbors dont clean up after their dogs leave their dogs running around off of leashes on the grounds blare music and scream all hours of the day and night liter all over the grounds property management did not handle these issues well at all when concerns were raised and would state responses such as what you may think as out of control levels of noise may not be the same for the next person took that right out of an email they sent me Really Sorry unattended children cussing and screaming at the top of their lungs while I am on work calls is out of control levels of noise to me but not them Happier in a better community for a month now with better property management better price for value better neighborscommunity Dont let the looks of this community fool you Look elsewhere
