Manager has an attitude and to say everything is up to code would be a stretch Repairs like heat appliances hot water etc take over a month to be addressed Management is seemingly unresponsive to needs of renters and the parking lot has not been plowed for DAYS so how do the renters get to work to make money to pay rent or get medical help
