A nice spacious quiet place to live Has tall ceilings several huge windows in each apt for a lot of sunlight and central air and heat Has clean laundry rooms on each floor but the dryers take two or more cycles to dry your clothes which means lots of quarters Management is okay but could be a bit better with maintenance requests Has offstreet parking with Shelly Park next door and its in a nice quiet area of West York Rent is a tad high but it includes all utilities which is a good deal Apartments also have some nice features of the old school it used to be like chalk boards and the original hard wood floors They have small galley kitchens which are nice with dishwashers but are small and could use a little more counter and cupboard space Overall am very satified with the place
