I was visiting a relative at University heights apartments very big mistake for anyone who is thinking about renting an apartment from Fairfield properties First the police and the fire department are constantly in the complex parking lot because they receive numerous calls from tenants Second tenants and visitors are constantly blasting there music day and night No peace and quiet and you can not be comfortable in your relatives apartment for one day Management wont and refuses to resolve this on going issue Third University Heights is not a pet friendly place people find hurt and almost dying animals thrown into the dumpster on their parking lot property and office management refuse to investigate the situation or help Security camera are never working in there complex parking lots so you have to be extremely careful because this is an unsafe area especially on there property Peoples car got there windows smashed and tires stolen off their carsnFourth appliances always break especially the thermostat which does not regulate the temperature Office management gives tenants a very hard time no matter what the problem is Fifth they also increased the rent by hundreds to a thousand dollars more each month If you enjoy this trouble and problematic environment than University Heights in Providence RI is your place to rent an apartment more ... hide ...
