Well where to start I moved from overseas to the US and looked for a lovely place to live during my stay in Providence RI I moved to the lofts on February 23 2023 Not long after that things started going south After signing the lease we inspected the flat alongside the property manager All defects were pointed out and formally written down For example we were promised new blinds since most of them were damaged by the previous tenants Until today management didnt make good on their word the blinds were never substituted and all attempts regarding this matter have ended without an answer Afterwards while settling in I had several things delivered here Unfortunately on February 26 2023 two of our Amazon packages disappeared They were found two days later opened and hidden in the stairwell I tried to file a police report for obstruction of mail but wasnt taken seriously and the officer at the front desk sent me back home I contacted management informed them of the situation and asked them to examine the surveillance They rang me asking for details yet there has been no resolution regarding the culprit The same thing happened three weeks later two more packages disappearednRegarding the tenants there are a couple of rotten apples Some take their dogs out for a walk despite the nearby dog park some let their loved ones relieve themselves in the courtyard without picking up the excrement afterwards regardless of the free poopy bags in each building The same goes for the corridors lifts and shared passages some tenants drop their rubbish as if it were nothing So far weve noticed that management doesnt organise any checkup rounds to determine the current state of the buildingnAnd when it comes to rubbish disposal well zero environmental awareness Theres only one dumpster no recycling no composting no nothing And when the container is full rubbish overflooding doesnt bother anyone
