Me and my boyfriend been living in colony west apartments for 9 months while we was staying there we was also house hunting After about 7 months into staying in the apartments we finally found the one for us Ive called the office to let her we would be moving out but I had no answer for about a week Then the next week I called the office to tell her its getting closer to our moving date and she answers her exact words was as long as youre moved out by the 12 we wont charge you another months rent We moved out on Sunday October 8th 2020 into our house and I returned the apartment keys the next day And another thing I noticed is that on the website for a 2 bedroom 15 bathroom apartment it says 573 and they was charging us 608I dont feel as though that is right at all Now I been calling to get my 250 deposit back and Ive gotten no answer I even left a voicemail for her to call me back Then about 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying that I owe 358 basically saying trying to get me to pay another months of rent The thing is how do I owe them another months rent if she told me if were moved out by the 12th of the month we wouldnt get charged another month of rent I just feel like they are being money hungry and I wont stand for that more ... hide ...
