I am a General Manager of a store here in Charleston so coming from a business perspective I would wait if you plan to live in these apartmentsnnThis will be the second time this month that I have not been able to use my toilet or shower for more than a 12hr period of time I have not been informed through calls papers left at my door nor even an email I am not certain that management knows how to communicate to the residents properlynnSadly this is not the first time I have had issues with contacting the office for emergencies or even simple questions Residents are unable to go to the front office during open hours as no one answers the door even when someone is working inside the office and no one responds to resident portal emails I have sent out several emails using the resident portal and last I received a response was back in December of 2021 which was 6 months agonnI have tried to call the office for the emergency maintenance line and none of the phone numbers on the resident portal or online work for the front office Given this situation I feel it is completely unacceptable for management to put its residents in a situation like this I cant imagine the issues others in my building are dealing with let alone the complexnnI expect with this comment and review that these issues will be fixed so I do not sleep in filth from my hard days at work and go to work the next day smelling horrible from the previous days failure by Oasis management and maintenance Its completely embarrassing for myself as a manager having to come into work smelling like sweat at my own job due to the shortcomings from the management office at this complexnnIf these issues cannot be fixed before the end of today management needs to give everyone in this building another place to stay so we can take care of ourselves This is completely unacceptable on many levels and also completely unhygienicnnUnlike the reply states below I was not contacted otherwise I would not have written this review more ... hide ...

I love my apartment because I was homeless prior to moving in so of course its better than sleeping in hotels and a car but Ill tell you what Took 5 months to get any of my maintenance requests completed and still waiting on several I have no doorknob or handle on my back door which is a sliding door I keep locked with a rod Every time I ask for a door handl 2021-11-08T07:46:11Z
I love my apartment because I was homeless prior to moving in so of course its better than sleeping in hotels and a car but Ill tell you what Took 5 months to get any of my maintenance requests completed and still waiting on several I have no doorknob or handle on my back door which is a sliding door I keep locked with a rod Every time I ask for a door handle I am told it was ordered I have no light in my bathroom have to use a lamp No fire extinguisher in the building since some kids from the neighborhood stole it and it was never replaced My son and I actually witnessed the 2 kids kicking the glass out the case to take the fire extinguisher and I had to call the fire department to stop the alarm The pool didnt open the entire summer My son got jumped while waiting for his school bus in the neighborhood about a month ago So I now drive him to school and pick him up daily which hurts me for work Thank God Im selfemployed so I could adjust my schedule I have a bug problem they refuse to address Despite requesting pest control at least 3 times I finally got one spray a month ago in these last 7 months living here Theres mold And the icing on the cake is the property manager Ms Gregory who is quite unpleasant to work with When you complain to corporate it feels like the office staff retaliates which is unethical I am grateful to have shelter but its confusing to me that some pay only half as much as I pay for rent As Im on the bottom floor neighbors andor pets destroy my plants so I cant enjoy them on my porch It doesnt feel safe here and it seems like the office staff resents you Not a welcoming place I feel like Im doing time while Im getting my ducks in a row to move I am 7 months in I held my tongue as long as I could The highlight is a couple of decent neighbors more ... hide ...

November 8 2019 I received email informing me my application was accepted and also received a call that an apartment was coming available in December and that is wonderful but I had to make several calls and leave voicemails to ask questions several times and no replies I was able to get a hold of the assistant prop mgr and was able to get some what of a 2020-01-23T02:36:09Z
November 8 2019 I received email informing me my application was accepted and also received a call that an apartment was coming available in December and that is wonderful but I had to make several calls and leave voicemails to ask questions several times and no replies I was able to get a hold of the assistant prop mgr and was able to get some what of an estimate of what rent would be and there were also more apartments coming available as well That s all well and good but I havent received a call when to come in to pay a deposit I really hate making a pain of myself and realize property mngmt have daily procedures to fulfill but perspective tenants deserve answers and I would love to move into Seven Farms Apartments To date Wed 12220 I still have not received any calls or even a voicemail from the Leasing agent at Seven Farms and I have left Numerous voice mails There is no communication I can honestly say I have tried It is their responsibility to return calls and inform the perspective tenant when to come in to make deposits etc Tequeta the former leasing agent was much better and mor e informative and I wish I had accepted her offer the first time as I thought the other complex I was in was improving and I was wrong more ... hide ...
