My mom has lived there for 18 years She will be moving out this month due to not being able to live alone any longer If she was not needing to move I would be looking for a different place for her The property manager is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time I had to report her to TN Development the people who oversee the property If she talks to the elderly people who live there the way she talked to me its a shame And from what Ive been told she does I would definitely not recommend it to anyone It takes forever to get maintenance to fix anything and then the way they fix it is not the best quality work either Its definitely gone downhill the past few years more ... hide ...

This is one of the best maintained incomebased housing complexes Ive seen around The grounds are well kept by a friendly maintenance staff the office staff is very helpful and attentive and I love the fenced in area outside my patio door Great for my little ones to play safely Good job Carriage House

DO NOT LIVE HERENO MATTER WHATnThe location is great and that literally is the only thing good about Riverside When moving in nothing was clean there was still hair from the tenant before us in our bathrooms There was paint everywhere from them repainting over the summer We have severe mold from a leak that they never came to fix and blamed on us and said 2013-04-05T14:20:43Z
DO NOT LIVE HERENO MATTER WHATnThe location is great and that literally is the only thing good about Riverside When moving in nothing was clean there was still hair from the tenant before us in our bathrooms There was paint everywhere from them repainting over the summer We have severe mold from a leak that they never came to fix and blamed on us and said it was dust Dust isnt black and doesnt join up in circles The toilets clog probably once a week The internet doesnt work so you cant watch any videos All of our appliances do not work and every time we put in a work order they are idiots and blame it on us Our dryer takes 3 times to dry our clothes and he blames it on us not cleaning out the lent filter We all clean out the lent filter every time we use it come on weve been doing laundry since we were 14 we know how to clean out a lent filter The whole front office staff is incompetent The big girl in the officeyou should not wear half the things you do Lets keep it professional They cannot do anything to help you so I dont even know why they work here When we finally complained about our mold because we were all getting sick the big girl in the office came in and said there is nothing wrong with this Fing apartment they are just Fing dirty AND the whole maintenance staff is also incompetent they cant do anything either and all the males are creepy The only people that do stuff here are the maintenance woman and the shuttle driver They are awesome DO NOT LIVE HERE you will regret it I swear and be embarrassed you live in such a nasty place when people come overto visit more ... hide ...
