Apartment has no management I have been trying to get my AC unit fixed for 3 weeks now with no luck Maintenance came and said that its cool outside so it will not work which was a lie It is not 74 degrees outside and 79 degrees in my house The AC is blowing hot air and it has gotten as hot as 81 degrees in my unit It is ridiculous and they are not trying to 2021-12-29T20:07:23Z

The leasing manager is very rude but very nice when trying to rent to you though They have mold in the apartments and will not get rid of it My daughter and I have been sick because of the mold in these apartments My sister and friend also found mold growing in their apartments as well We all moved out because of the mold in vents behind walls and underneath 2019-07-23T01:15:09Z
The leasing manager is very rude but very nice when trying to rent to you though They have mold in the apartments and will not get rid of it My daughter and I have been sick because of the mold in these apartments My sister and friend also found mold growing in their apartments as well We all moved out because of the mold in vents behind walls and underneath the flooring that they only painted over Also the air conditioning or heat does not work It works fine down stairs but when you go upstairs heating or cooling does not work Another reason I moved out because they refused to fix that also After moving out because of these conditions and my lease was up I left the apartment clean and free from anything that could cause me not to get my deposit back Also provided two months in advance notice that I was leaving After so many visits of going to the office because my deposit was not given back to me even providing documents on before and after how I left the apartment my deposit was still not refunded to me I was also told that I was going to receive a letter from them when I questioned the charges I never got a letter from them This is a money hungry apartment complex they will find any excuse to keep your deposit BEWARE This Hasnt only happen to me either more ... hide ...
