Been staying here for going on 3 years now Havent had any issues until recently when the last property manager left in December 2017 and they replaced her with a new one Unprofessional at its FINEST Theyre never reachable or theyre reachable and dont want to be reached Example You call constantly and they never pick up the phones but theyre in the office on

Been staying here for going on 3 years now Havent had any issues until recently when the last property manager left in December 2017 and they replaced her with a new one Unprofessional at its FINEST Theyre never reachable or theyre reachable and dont want to be reached Example You call constantly and they never pick up the phones but theyre in the office on their cell phones UNBELIEVABLE I have had times when I go in to speak with the property manager herself and assistant about issues with my apartment and theyve locked the doors and windows to the office and wont open them to talk you act as if youre not even existent to them Ive peeped through on multiple occasions when this has happened theyre sitting on Facebook carrying on conversations not to mention this goes on during business hours EVERYDAY unless its someone over them there Not only do we have issues with communication and reaching the property manager but the property manager herself has no idea what she is doing I would think they would put someone in charge that is qualified for the position and has the proper professional working attitude but I guess not It would be so much better if they would replace them with older people who are experienced in the field Not only have I complained and stated the issues my neighbors and whole community has as well I never been so ready to move in my life
