I applied for this Apartment complex and the office manager Melanie Schneidau told me at the time of applying that they had available units for rent I waited two weeks and didnt hear back from anyone in regards to my application when I did finally speak with Melanie she told me that they did not have any units available for rent after taking my 90 money orde 2022-05-16T15:11:04Z
I applied for this Apartment complex and the office manager Melanie Schneidau told me at the time of applying that they had available units for rent I waited two weeks and didnt hear back from anyone in regards to my application when I did finally speak with Melanie she told me that they did not have any units available for rent after taking my 90 money orders I pretty much paid 90 to be out on a waiting list that I was not informed of during the time of applying for the unit She was extremely unprofessional cursing at me yelling at me because I told her I felt like she scammed me out of my 90 spoke with corporate and they refuse to even return any calls in regards to this situation they never answer the phone I have left numerous of voicemails and still no returned calls yet I was told by the property Manager I would receive my money back in two weeks because I asked her to pull my application on file I do not want to be put on the waiting list and I do not want to rent from your property and do not run a background check I still have not receive my phones I called corporate once again and left numerous voicemails again still no one has had any consideration to reach out to me The property manager and corporate are very unprofessional I wouldnt refer anybody to rent from them they will scam you out of your money if I could rate zero stars I would I dont understand how they can have a property manager act so unprofessional and extremely rude due to miscommunication on her behalf more ... hide ...
