This place is pure garbage The management team if thats what you want to call them are worthless Submitting a work order to them is a jokesomething as simple as fixing a broken smoke detector in an apartment which is serious by the way takes them a decade It has been a month of continuous beeping in the apartment numerous requests to the front office by phon 2016-07-05T01:04:36Z
This place is pure garbage The management team if thats what you want to call them are worthless Submitting a work order to them is a jokesomething as simple as fixing a broken smoke detector in an apartment which is serious by the way takes them a decade It has been a month of continuous beeping in the apartment numerous requests to the front office by phone and in person and NOTHING They think everything is a joke The present management team needs to be replaced and someone with a real background in running an apartment complex needs to be hired If you are considering moving here I would suggest you look elsewhere That is only a part of the problem around here Do not believe the description of this area on the websiteyou will be misled I will file a complaint with the BBB Maybe then someone would get off their behind and get work orders done for their tenants I bet if the rent wasnt paid they would move their lazy behinds from the office to put a note on the door more ... hide ...
