This place is not for you if you are in your mid 20s You will constantly be harassed by the older community out there especially if you live in unit 19 The lady next door name Dorothy will make sure she will get you out by any means if she doesnt know your business as well as the others Its a nice neighborhood but they will literally have you feeling uneasy The landlord Tammy tells your business to other tenants which is very unprofessional and will violate you for any giving reason Due to people staying out there for years its their word against yours They wont believe you Also I had rubber or lint coming out my water and the maintenance man tried to tell me that is normal which its not When I moved in I had minor dents and holes in the walls from the previous renters You cant smoke out there but the older people do it all the time and dont get called out for doing it or get any violations meanwhile I did Favoritism at its best The neighbor on the far right end of unit 19 will look at you with her nose turnt up all the time and say sneaky comments to you but you cant say nothing back because they will give you a violation for itThis place doesnt really care they just want their rent on time So if you ever move here be caution and dont get unit number 19 because you wont last long there at all And they dont want you to have a few visitors at your home either such as family or friends This place is nice but the nosey neighbors and the harassment makes it trash Choose wisely This place should be called hidden lies from all the lies they tell Let the elderly have this community more ... hide ...
