They might look nice but its so many things wrong with this place the landlord and maintenance have there favorites I can tell you that they honestly dont do anything here but complain about what needs to be fix when it should of been right when u moved in They have cameras for no reason they dont even work so they believe what they want The landlord just wa 2020-12-28T16:23:05Z
They might look nice but its so many things wrong with this place the landlord and maintenance have there favorites I can tell you that they honestly dont do anything here but complain about what needs to be fix when it should of been right when u moved in They have cameras for no reason they dont even work so they believe what they want The landlord just walks into your apartment sometimes before knocking my friend used to live next to me and she got mold in her stomach because of these apartments the people here are very nosey and always wanna be in your business these apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt by new people they honslety need to get a new landlord and a new maintenance because they dont do nothing more ... hide ...

This place is awful and doing illegal things Do not ever pay rent on their online paylease site they will take the money out of ur account 10 times and say you still didnt pay rent then serve you an eviction even though you paid the rent and have a different electric company come out and turn ur electric off and when i call black river they say we show ur e 2018-10-29T17:01:16Z
