New management took over the day before rent was due noted that there was no portal and no phone number just an email and theyre only open 830430 MF So those of us who pay online and dont have checks have to pay with a money order When I went to pay today I was assessed a 50 fee and the gentleman informed me that they do plan on raising rent and selling the 2022-03-27T15:30:55Z

This place was a great stepping stone when I moved in in 2016 things were great Amber was there and she didnt just let anyone move in so the place was kept up Maintenance request only took 24 hours if that she had people locked up the safety of the community I felt safe then but I had to move July 2019 the new office managers were all trash after her especia 2020-12-10T19:17:33Z
