For the price I was really expecting better The apartments are never power washed I cant even walk up the steps and go into my apartment without spiderwebs and spidersbugs getting on me The least they could do is clean the stairs and walkways We shouldnt have to walk into spiderwebs literally every day Theyre all over and hanging low too Im not sure where al 2021-05-18T14:02:57Z
For the price I was really expecting better The apartments are never power washed I cant even walk up the steps and go into my apartment without spiderwebs and spidersbugs getting on me The least they could do is clean the stairs and walkways We shouldnt have to walk into spiderwebs literally every day Theyre all over and hanging low too Im not sure where all the money renters pay is going because the place is nasty For as much as we pay you would think they would atleast clean But nope I sweep my front door area but thats only so much since the entire steps on both sides are still covered Also they dont enforce cigarette smokers People smoke and throw all their cigarettes on the steps and thats a safety hazard if one isnt put out all the way For little kids and pets that have to walk up and down the steps that is not the least bit safe either more ... hide ...

Dont move here they keep going up on the rent My car been broken into My money order was stolen out the drop box last year You cant have pets but I have seen a cat in a window Right across the rent office Kids cant enjoy themselves outside No grills No washing your cars no shooting fireworks Cant be on your porch They replace the sockets now all the sockets not working proper We cant have a a goldfish but they let others do what they please The maintenance man is very rude a disrespectful I was told I would have to pay for two screen doors Water coming from under my door I hit my knee and slip when its pour down rain I have been out here for almost 5 years with two special needs kids The living conditions out here is horrible Im not renewing my lease Because its a safety concern for me and plus my family pay cash money rent never late We are on fixed income We have expectations these run down apartments not worth all this mess Went from paying 470 now Im paying 570 Dont moved out here if you dont want to have any of these problems dont come out here more ... hide ...
