Terrible Place This property is very poorly managed The property manager does not listen to residents and if she does she just sweeps problems under the rug I have lived here just 7 months and they are on there third maintenance person and the person who cleaned quit so the bldg is not being right like hallways have not been vacuumed in at least 2 monthsnThe 2019-01-15T19:41:16Z
Terrible Place This property is very poorly managed The property manager does not listen to residents and if she does she just sweeps problems under the rug I have lived here just 7 months and they are on there third maintenance person and the person who cleaned quit so the bldg is not being right like hallways have not been vacuumed in at least 2 monthsnThe corporate office does not respond to emailsnnSo there are many problems here that no one is taking responsibility fornnScott you and the other people at cci investments are not seeing the big picture of what is going on at the tower of David these inspections do not accurately reflect what is going on here of course when there is a inspection things things are going to be cleaned up stop by some time unannounced and see how the bldg looks I am surprised how no one there can see all the red flags that go up around here people moving out and employees that quit all of which have to do with how they are treated by the property manager you seem to think just because you get good inspections everything is goodbut that is very far from the truth you will never keep any good employees or residents as long as you have a property manager like the one you have now who treats people like children and with disrespect more ... hide ...

Good care for 3 years wasnt bad but when the new people came into by the buildings and they brought in the riff Raff they figured everybody qualified to be here and they didnt thats when the when the people are breaking into the machines the washing machine then we had problems
