Live in the next area over These apts have the worst behaved children and residents Management wont take responsibility since these kids arent on Horizons property when they assault vandalize and harass people It IS their responsibility They are the ones renting to these hoodlum criminals Broken car windows BAGS of garbage thrown into our lot fires are start 2019-07-08T16:04:48Z
Live in the next area over These apts have the worst behaved children and residents Management wont take responsibility since these kids arent on Horizons property when they assault vandalize and harass people It IS their responsibility They are the ones renting to these hoodlum criminals Broken car windows BAGS of garbage thrown into our lot fires are started in our lot groups of kids walking through harassing my young children as well as other residents Horizon did a complete remodel on their apt and they are already trashed This place has gone into the gutter and I am surprised Lloyd is putting up with it more ... hide ...
