Complex is dirty Always garbage overflowing the dumpsters I dont think this is a management problem as much as a problem with dis respectful tenants and people coming in that dont live there and using the dumpsters Several complaints of bed bugs and roaches Pool was not open most of the summer this year Have a new maintance man so hopefully some of the prob
