My family and I lived here a few years ago and over all we had a decent experience However my husbands grandmother lives here now and has lived here for years she was actually the reason we lived there for a time My husband and I do not like how current management is treating her and its interfering with her health She is constantly struggling with neighbors breaking rules loud noises late at night smoking in the breezeway and making her life miserable and management is doing nothing about it She has reported several complaints about her upstairs neighbors being loud and rude Shes had to fight for a handicapped parking space in front of her building and then her neighbors park in it She has had asthma attacks just walking through her breezeway going in and out brought on by clouds of cigarette smoke in a supposedly smokefree area My husbands grandmother lives on a fixed income and does not have the means to move she has lived here for years and deserves some consideration Management can do something and they should If that means moving her to another first floor apartment where shes a little more secluded or a building where the neighbors dont smoke that would resolve most of her problems If you have residents who are in violation of their lease because they constantly break the rules evict Problem solved Protect your longterm lease holders that follow the rules and pay their rent like our grandmother If something isnt done to remedy her situation my husband and I will be forced to look into dealing with this ourselves Our grandmothers health is a concern of ours partly because our young daughters stay with her regularly and I live in fear that one day shes going to have a severe asthma attack while watching our girls I also vehemently disapprove of my young daughters being exposed to secondhand smoke which kills people when we dont smoke and do everything in our power to reduce their exposure to secondhand smoke My grandmotherinlaws problems with Cumberland Manor interferes with her quality of life and is grounds for a lawsuit more ... hide ...

Been living here for 8 12 yrs We have had 12 awful property mgt We had good bad ugly ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE NO WHERE FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY

Lived here almost two years Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations Property manager is friendly and keeps good records Maintenance is always very timely I even had a emergency with sewage backing up and he came in the middle of the night to help me get it under control until the main issue was fixed the next day I watch Maintena 2019-06-18T15:42:06Z
Lived here almost two years Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations Property manager is friendly and keeps good records Maintenance is always very timely I even had a emergency with sewage backing up and he came in the middle of the night to help me get it under control until the main issue was fixed the next day I watch Maintenance cleaning and working on the property daily to keep it looking nice Unfortunately residents do not do their part so its a constant battle Has gym on site laundry as well as hookups in apartments Little library in gym area for kids Considering it is a high crime area the property itself is relatively quiet Most of the worst crimes come from the market behind the apartments We have also enjoyed st B and Burt elementary school teachers Overall for the price it is a great place to live since it is affordable for low income families more ... hide ...

This place was really a good deal and nice place with the old property manager but in January of 2018 a new woman came in and WOW She has turned this place into a complete life ruining dump Lets see she is never in the office and if you call no one answers and you MIGHT get a call back two days later If something breaks or needs maintanence you will wait a minimum of a week Heat and air breaks every season and they dont care if youre hot or freezing When it was time for our lease renewal we went to the office daily for two weeks to sign paperwork she wasnt there Then when she finally decided to come in we get an eviction notice on the door because we hadnt renewed How can we renew when shes never therenThe cherry on top of making her the laziest pos ever she lost our rent We have a man come to the door one day with court docs to evict us saying that she told lawyers we hadnt paid TWO months of rent We found receipts of the one month but couldnt find the receipt of another but weve never missed a payment And when before you evict someone youre supposed to give written notices We didnt get anything for two months Yet she said we didnt pay for two months Sounds more like she either steals or loses it Come to find out she has done this to MANY tenants She must be stealing it somehow We had to pay the extra month plus Court costs because we cant have an eviction on our record for when we move out Do NOT RENTA FROM HERE unless they fire this lazy pos ignorant woman more ... hide ...

I applied to this apartment and I have yet to hear back from them I have emailed them SO many times I have called them 2 to 3 times everyday and left a message each time and I still have heard NOTHING back Its very frustrating I get that there may be a waitlist but they need to communicate with the people who applied and is on the waitlist Its very unprofess 2021-06-04T11:48:21Z
