Lived there almost 4 yrs It was amazing when I 1st moved inthen management changed The new office manager was completely a witch My lease was terminated for no fault of my own someone elses accident This lady had it out for me since the 1st day we met and had words because my daughter was riding her bike on the sidewalk After our disagreement I told her I would just go above her head and call the corporate office just to see where kids could ride bikes If not on the sidewalk or in the parking lot BUT definitely NOT in the grass This lady let her job title go to her head Once your evicted you cant be on the property bc your banned but her son was banned from the property and hes there everyday BC THE RULES DONT APPLY FOR HERsilly She will also let you know if your evicted that she will make sure NO OTHER PLACE WILL RENT TO YOUand thats facts Its been almost a year and Ive applied to several other apartment agencies and been deniedAnyways I wouldnt let my worst enemy live there EVERYONE HATES HERonly bc she talks down to everyone like they are scum Smh The ONLY good part of that whole apartment complex it the maintenance guyTerry more ... hide ...

If I could give this place a no star rating I would Before management was changed it was really nice to live there and maintenance done their job But when they changed management was very rude lady cussed a lot hollared at tenants maintenance always took their time to fix stuff or never showed up at all I will never rent from them again I moved out due to th 2019-08-17T21:02:37Z
If I could give this place a no star rating I would Before management was changed it was really nice to live there and maintenance done their job But when they changed management was very rude lady cussed a lot hollared at tenants maintenance always took their time to fix stuff or never showed up at all I will never rent from them again I moved out due to the bad management that place was under And my ol man was took off the lease 2 months prior to me moving out and they still turned him into NCS Melanie is the managers name And just for spite she turned him into the credit bureau for 541 dollars Messed up his credit so bad he couldnt get a vehicle due to this negligence on her part Just beware of them We also have letters proving our case which we are pursuing further legal action more ... hide ...
