Dont do an online application they will take your 59 and never answer the office phone on day 9 of calling at least once if not twice a day Oh and the voicemail box is full so it isnt like they are going to call you back Complete waste of time and money and honestly would love to discuss this with the owner EDITED After being called by the first person from higher up management I was informed that they do not have a Cookeville manager currently which they seem to turn over every month and a half it seems according to current tenets and they were having trouble having the office phone calls forward to the Knoxville area office During the second call made to me they then say that Im the one lying and that they did infact have someone call and email me from the Cookeville office No email even checked the spam and trash bin like the second lady yelled at me to Scam artist management more ... hide ...

If someone had asked me to write a review 9 months ago for Hampton Creek it would have been a 1 star review Eli hasnt been the leasing manager for very long but you can tell the the changes she is making helps our little community She has been working around to clock to make sure all of our plumbing needs are being met She worked all the winter on the pool t 2022-08-22T17:34:34Z

Apartments are great wellmaintained I could have lived there the rest of my life if there had been better sound barriers between the apartments You can hear everything I mean EVERYTHING with an upstairs neighbor across the breezeway Granted there will always be some noise with apartments but the lack of better sound barriers some of the loud inconsiderat 2019-07-11T00:59:35Z
