My family has lived here for about a year and have been pleased with the 2 bedroom duplex we stay innnThe duplexes look very nice but after living there for a little while you begin to see that some corners were cut during construction Despite the few flaws these duplexes are quite good compared to most others around Our biggest issue is the lack of external ventilation in the kitchen but its not really a problem we just have a lot of kitchen mistakes 910nnThe maintenance staff has recently changed The previous staff provided fast friendly honest high quality work I have had no interaction with the new staff 1010nnThe neighbors seem to be good people though many keep to themselves like us and I feel safe walking around at night to check the mail or take out the trash The grass is cut often and the area is clean and free of garbagejunk 1010nnThe manager is nice and always willing to help There has been several changes to the management staff They have always been quite capable but the lack of stability loses a point 910nnAs of this review the streets are not on any GPS system Google Maps has just drawn the roads but the names do not appear so UPS occasionally has trouble with packages if the regular driver takes the day offnnOverall the buildings are pretty good quality the maintenance staff is excellent the management changes often and the area is safe We are pleased with our decision to live at Cumberland Way Ive given them 3840 from above but they lose another point because of the lack of online map and GPS appearace This finishes as a bit over 92510nnLast Edit 8242013 more ... hide ...
