I loved living at this place for years untill I was made to relocate to a different location ofnHHAand fully coorperated with them because they needed the apartment I was living in for a handicapped personso I moved to a very nice townhouse location I was so excited and loved the apartment but the neighbors in the small area were very hard to live around constantly talking bad about other residents and breaking the rules in the lease themselves but I am not one to go complaining and never wanted to get someone introuble I minded my own business trying to AVOID conflict but they wouldnt leave me alone and I couldnt have any kind of peace because I didnt want to engage in getting a certain party living in a unit in our location evicted because the others didnt like them and wanted to get them evicted when I wouldnt go along with them and stopped conversation with them due to noticing now what kind of troubles ingaging with them were leading up to possibly bad troubles for me or others I tried just avoiding conversation with them and it lead to them turning against me I also did some research and found out they were responsible for 2nOther residents in our location being terminated over a part in the dwelling lease that they just kept verbally complaining on and filing a greivence that leads to automatic termantion of lease I absolutely DIDNT understand and couldnt really process how could it possibly work this way If a neighbor complains over ANYTHING and even if it NOT to be TRUE this is Automatically Grounds for Termination I am NOW a Evicted and I am a single mother with a 7 year old child I was accused of many activities and actions that were not TRUE I am young and the other residents here did not take a liking to me For reasons that I feel lead to discrimination Now I am having to move with no grounds to stand on Instead of relocating me or trying to help me after I had lived under HHA in another location for years with no complaints and no problems what so ever they just termanated my lease and I am so sad and worried not being treated fairly I feel this could had been handled with more care I suggest everyone that has plans or interests to move to this business if you seek to move into a town house living to study up on the lease andnneighbors and ask questions before you even think of signing a lease I know it has been devistestaing on me and my child since we moved now are homeless and seeking help that seems about hopeless I wished I never had to relocate and I never had to move to this part in this location I would still have a home more ... hide ...

Absolutely horrible management The case worker is rude nasty and plays favorites within the tenant community She withholds food services to elderly disabled tenants if her tenant friend tells her community gossip Today I witnessed her being mean to an elderly women getting off the elevator Case worker told the handicapped women she made her sick and to g 2020-10-13T20:51:00Z
Absolutely horrible management The case worker is rude nasty and plays favorites within the tenant community She withholds food services to elderly disabled tenants if her tenant friend tells her community gossip Today I witnessed her being mean to an elderly women getting off the elevator Case worker told the handicapped women she made her sick and to get away from her I do not recommend anyone put a loved one in this situation This has to be a violation of the TN handicapped protection act This poor women had no reason to be verbally assaulted in front of peoplenUpper management would do much better getting rid of the bad staff and starting over Also I was told my elderly mother has been denied her truck to table food service because she refused to give a person a ride in her car and that tenant went and told the case manager Susan that my mom was giving her food away So rather than taking the issue head on she then took the word of the upset tenant the one that didnt get the ride she cut my mothers food benefits off Very unprofessional to do to an elderly tenant at the word of gossipnIve been told that this tenant also is given a two bedroom unit when it is only herself living there also this tenant is given food services and various other special services because she is friends with the case workernPoor management poor case managementnHaving such bad management can bring down a whole establishment why risk it get rid of the bad apples before it ruins your whole corporate structure My next complaint will be to corporate then to the state of Tennessee more ... hide ...
