Ill start off saying NEVER MOVE HERE My family and I including two small children lived in one of the units in the third building back Our first problem was the maintenance men enter your home with 0 warning required typically 3 weeks after you put in a request for something to be fixed Monthly inspections at 8am where they essentially search every inch of your home About 4 months into our first year they hired a new property manager at first she seemed very professional After about a month she started leaving unreasonable notices on residents doors The on site dumpster is 100 yards from our unit we were expected to walk every garbage bag we fill there immediately no matter what time of night it is because of its seem on the balcony its 25 a bag The children were told they werent allowed to use sidewalk chalk because it wasnt washed up we dont have access to a water hose to clean it Then they were told no bicyclesscooters etc allowed on the property We decided as a family to get a pet they wanted a 300 non refundable pet deposit Double that of any other property Ive lived at What pushed us over the edge to move however we along with 10 other residents turned our rent money into an onsite drop box where it was stolen because they didnt have it securednews articles on this for proof No notice was given after nearly a year and a half of on time rent payments had an eviction notice put on my door and they demanded we along with everyone else repay the money that was stolen even though we provided them with abundant proof that it was stolen and cashed more ... hide ...
