Update i see an office staff changed the name to rick james its actually ISABELLA TOWERS trying to hide their shamenAnyway after 2 years here the place is terrible staff is rude the replacement staff rarely seen building needs to be torn down rarely is anything cleaned ie floors elevators hallways wimdows etc the health dept really needs to get involved I ha 2020-07-13T02:08:57Z

I have known about this place since 1985 and it has never been as trashy as it was the day I visited There is trash all over the yards parking lots next to the dumpsters and the inside of the office is not neat or tidy Theres no flowers or anything to make it look nice or inviting The staff and maintenance there to me appear to be lazy and unconcerned about 2022-03-05T22:55:13Z
I have known about this place since 1985 and it has never been as trashy as it was the day I visited There is trash all over the yards parking lots next to the dumpsters and the inside of the office is not neat or tidy Theres no flowers or anything to make it look nice or inviting The staff and maintenance there to me appear to be lazy and unconcerned about the property or the tenants And I moved out a year ago into a house and went to visit my friends and never in my time or knowing about this place since 1985 have I ever seen it look so nasty and disgusting Also the cops were called at two different locations for women and men fighting with each other And there are an abundance of people living there who are not on leases and they have several people who have pit bulls which are not allowed no dog over 30 lb is allowed and they wait until after hours to bring their dogs out to walk them more ... hide ...
