I love it been here almost 3 years and the maintenance people are the office people are good they work with u its Quiet I dont live here anymore now but would still say the same

Hmmm well it was a good place but unfortunately not anymore Its more like a prison now Bolted down windows all but 1 tiny window and no way to leave the door open no fans of any kind so no ventilation God forbid you have medical issues requiring ample ventilation Oh well Not to mention what this does to a persons mental health But who cares right Some need t 2021-09-18T05:02:56Z

Had a great time at my friends expect the neighbors upstairs sound like they were going to come thur the ceiling at 1am

On March 23 2020 I turned in a 30 day notice to move out of my apartment unit Sterchi Ridge Apartment Homes April 23 2020 was my designated move out date Due to the current circumstances with COVID19 I spoke with the office manager and she allowed me to stay until the end of the month She gave me the date of May 1 2020 and allowed me to carry out the rest of 2020-07-10T00:15:10Z
On March 23 2020 I turned in a 30 day notice to move out of my apartment unit Sterchi Ridge Apartment Homes April 23 2020 was my designated move out date Due to the current circumstances with COVID19 I spoke with the office manager and she allowed me to stay until the end of the month She gave me the date of May 1 2020 and allowed me to carry out the rest of the month in the apartment On April 24 2020 I received an unexpected phone call from the office manager telling me that I had to be out by the weekend I had not completed my packing That weekend I rushed and called movers and was forced to find somewhere to go at the last minute Im so thankful for familynAfter a long weekend of rushing to complete packing up my items I completely forgot to turn i in my apartment keys to the office manager On April 27 2020 I receive a call from the office manager who told me that if i didnt turn in my apartment keys that i would be receiving an eviction notice and that she would be contacting an attorney I apologize to the manage and explained to her that due to be rushed out the apartment I forgot to turn in my keys I was at work so she had to wait til i got off But as soon as i clocked out i hurried and turned in my keys to the office I inquired about my rental check for paying the full months rent I asked due to leaving a week early The manage stated that she would be mailing me a check after the apartment has been inspected I never received a call from the manager or a check in the mail so I decided to followup Upon doing so the manager told me to give it more time so i did There were no damages to the apartment and i kept it in good condition I called every week until the manager told me to give it 30 days for processing Now we are in July and i still havent received my refund for moving out early This company is not hold integrity and based on my experience is not very ethicalnnOn the other hand the apartments are beautiful on the inside and had just the right spacenFinally do not get comfortable with ANY office manager as they are always with someone new running the office more ... hide ...
