KEEP LOOKING THID IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE MY SON AND I HAVE EVER LIVED THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NEVER AT WORK AND MS EBONY is the worst Very unprofessional and rude Ive been trying to pay my rent for the past 3 weeks but she havent been at work Keep in mind she is the only person in the office I finally seen her Friday and she said she wasnt accepting rent from me Ebony said that I have until noon the next day to have all my things out or it will be outside I wasnt given any notice no court date or no phone calls She never answered the phone for anyone She will not even tell me when my court date was Ebony said she put a notice on the door but I havent received anything There are kids that live downstairs and I dont know if they took it off my door or anything There are no maintence people to fix anything I had to come out of pocket to fix things because she NEVER did anything about it My door was locked in and there was nothing done the light combust one day and set my couch on fire she didnt do anything about that either I wish I would have kept driving past this place more ... hide ...

This has literally been the worst apartment I have ever rented in my entire life I moved into one unit and it was not clean I had to scrub the oven clean out the dishwasher sweep etc But once a roach crawl across me while sleeping I was moved to a new unit in and entirely different building And guess what the new unit has roaches If you want to be so embarra 2017-10-01T07:21:10Z
This has literally been the worst apartment I have ever rented in my entire life I moved into one unit and it was not clean I had to scrub the oven clean out the dishwasher sweep etc But once a roach crawl across me while sleeping I was moved to a new unit in and entirely different building And guess what the new unit has roaches If you want to be so embarrassed that you cant have company because the roaches are so big then this is the perfect place to stay And once again the unit was not clean Three people sign off that the unit is move in ready but I so happen to get two that were not The new unit is also dirty Ive had to scrub floor boards sweep dust etc The carpet does not fully cover the floor and you can just pick it up There is paint on the floor and carpet And you will occasionally come home to large roaches in your sink or dead on the carpet These apartments have the potential to be wonderful but it takes a company working for them to be just that I dont even feel comfortable unpacking or buying furniture because I dont want roaches in it where Ill just have to throw it out once I leave I was told that it would be two months rent and a 300 fee to break my lease or be forced to live in filth more ... hide ...

My husband came here for help and it was the worst decision EVER He relapsed here within a few days of being here There is no structure here at ALL No accountability whatsoever no real care for the persons sobriety only the money for the bed This is only a ran down rooming house His food were stollen and clothing items Please do not send your family members 2019-05-02T05:02:12Z
