The apartmentstownhomes are really nice theyre in a nice area The staff is even friendly however my application process has been horrible I called in on 05182022 to see if they were leasing and i was told that they were for July August I then asked if i could come in to fill out an application i was told that i could So i went to pick up an application went home to complete it retrieve necessary documentssocial check stubs and the 21 money order for the application fee I then went back by the office to drop everything off with Mrs Joyce was told that it would take 35 business days for processing Okay cool 35 business days go by i never hear anything back So i decided to call them on the 6th day to check on the status of my application The woman who answered told me that she didnt see an application for me in the system that theyd be switching over to online applications soon anyway So another 2 days go by i call back because clearly i knew that there had been a mistake The woman who answered still says I dont see an application in our system for you at all At that point i had waited too late in the day to go by there so i decided to go the next morning I get to their office the next morning with my 21 money order receipt in hand hoping someone would be able to help me I show them the receipt for the money order try to help the woman who had taken my application the money order and made copies of my ID Social remember me of course she said that she didnt remember me The only thing they offered was to send me a link to my email for the online application once it came available as far as the lost money order shed have to figure out to how to waive the application fee Id definitely still love to stay here i just dont know where to go from this point more ... hide ...

These apartments are really nice Im glad that the owners had the sense to replace the office manager who was young rude and could not get things fixed on time Her name is Dominique The new apartment manager Im not sure what her name is but shes very sweet professional She takes your maintenance issues seriously and have them fixed within 2 days They dont us 2018-04-12T22:46:52Z
These apartments are really nice Im glad that the owners had the sense to replace the office manager who was young rude and could not get things fixed on time Her name is Dominique The new apartment manager Im not sure what her name is but shes very sweet professional She takes your maintenance issues seriously and have them fixed within 2 days They dont use that cheap dull paint on the walls and their landscape is on point The complex itself is nice except for a few cars that like to turn their stereo up to the max and couple quarrels here and there which is normal in apartment settings The only reason that I didnt give this place a 5 star is because of the constant gun shots from Gaither street which are located behind the apartments and the fact that security only works about 2 days a wk Hes not out there monitoring the property instead he sits in his car parked near the office door or hes embarking on his frequent store trips I have actually ran into him at the gas station which is located 4 miles from the complex during his watch Safety is a big issue for me which is why I will not be renewing my lease in September more ... hide ...
