What ever you do stay away from these people They are very shady in their business practices I submitted an application I had to wait 2 weeks before I got a response They had me paying 800 dollars with no move in date I had to wait 3 more weeks for a move in date They finally call me after a total of 5 weeks after submitting my housing application At the las 2022-08-11T00:06:59Z
What ever you do stay away from these people They are very shady in their business practices I submitted an application I had to wait 2 weeks before I got a response They had me paying 800 dollars with no move in date I had to wait 3 more weeks for a move in date They finally call me after a total of 5 weeks after submitting my housing application At the last second they told me I can move in with an additional 500 dollars that day or they will cancel the reservation When I told them I was not able to come in on that day they told me they can reserve the apartment for 2 more days but I had to pay 1200 dollars instead of 500 dollars to reserve the apartment Not only am I not going to deal with these guys ever again but I am going to get my lawyer to recover the money I had spent with them and I am going to report these bandits to the Better Business Bureau They use pressure tactics to intimidate you into paying more money than you should They also have a terrible reputation for substandard living spaces These people should not be allowed to operate at all They are crooks more ... hide ...
