I would just tell you to think long and hard before you move here I have spoken to several residents and we have the same complaints To start with the leasing lady is never in the office I mean like for days up to a week at a time I understand people take time off but what would be most appropriate is sending out correspondence to residents letting them know you will not be on site and who we can contact in your absence Or how about having more than 1 LEASING PERSON Which brings me to the issues of deliveries being stolen FREQUENTLY If she was in the office or there was a designatedsecure place to leave bigger items packages could be dropped off instead of just placed where ever and disappearing Another issue is crime here There has been a robbery in one of the buildings Ive only been here for 4 months mind you A group of men in another building were seen on camera trying to get into apartments I know crime can happen anywhere but why must residents hear about this from other residents Again I highlight the lack of communication There should be some correspondence sent out to residents addressing the issue providing tips on how we can stay safe and presenting a resolution None of that is done This is not the best area to live in and what makes the most sense is having security at later hours for each building Security that carries weapons preferably Simple things could be put in place but are not because the owner of this property does not care about us All of us are not low income folks Some of us get up everyday and go to work Many of us do There are so many problems here I will just list a few I dont want to bash a business but if I were aware of these problems I would have continued my search Please continue yours more ... hide ...

Nice new locks but I would appreciate if I was informed ahead of time that housing would be coming to change locks

Most of the people are friendly once you get to know them There is very limited bus service without walking a good distance during the week and none on the weekends or on holidays It is however about a 2 minute walk to the fairgrounds
