This place seemed like a good deal and for a time that was turning out to be the case However the children do not play on the playground but play in the court yard in the middle of the units They are extremely loud screaming and yelling well after 9p Neighbors have way too many people living in their apartments Parking near the building I live in is difficult unless I get home really early The pool policy is beyond ridiculous They close the pool all day every Monday and you cannot go to the pool after 8p or dark whichever comes first There is lots of construction going on with new windows siding and roof work going on all day every day Construction debris was scattered all over the courtyard where the kids play for months Gutters were literally hanging down and almost touching the ground for weeks before it was finally taken care of They replaced some but not all of the wooden lattice railings with iron railings but neglected to treat them for rust prevention Touching them results in dirty rusty hands and clothing The other day 6 cop cars were in the parking lot to arrest one woman Tenant eviction notices are popping up more often The previous tenant in my apartment was a smoker and I have been battling the smell since I moved in My stove doesnt work properly but since they can get it to sometimes work they didnt replace it and Ive been stuck with a stove that only occasionally works with coils that are so warped none of my pots or pans will sit anywhere near level The laundry facility is constantly littered with dirty clothes and trash all over the floor It has a card reader so you can use your debit card to pay for laundry but its constantly breaking with no signs posted when its down which is quite often The apartments themselves are really not a bad size but there is no storage space to speak of and no balconies eithernnDo yourself a favor and find somewhere else more ... hide ...

The place is cool They are not spectacular but they are more affordable than what else you can find in Nashville It is quiet too

I literally moved in this place Friday March 01 2019 I discovered I had ROACHES that night went to management the very next day Saturday March 2nd 2019 to get out of the lease was told I had to wait until Monday March 4 2019 Brittney is very unprofessional She told me it was nothing they could do only spray the apt I told her no I want out the lease and I a 2019-03-04T22:14:49Z
I literally moved in this place Friday March 01 2019 I discovered I had ROACHES that night went to management the very next day Saturday March 2nd 2019 to get out of the lease was told I had to wait until Monday March 4 2019 Brittney is very unprofessional She told me it was nothing they could do only spray the apt I told her no I want out the lease and I asked her why they would even move me into an apt they knew had bugs and she LITERALLY SHUGGED HER SHOULDERS DO NOT MOVE HERE I HAVENT BEEN HERE A WEEK HELL I HADNT BEEN HERE A WHOLE NIGHT AND I HAVE ROACHES AND I WANT OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE OF AN APT They are very nice do not get me wrong but management is unprofessional And I didnt expect to have roaches out of all bugs Oh and they sprayed the apt before I move in I was told the apt had just been sprayed Thursday Feb 28th 2019 Everyone said management was RUDE and that BRITTNEY was the WORST I NOW BELIEVE THAT TO BE TRUE IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM WEATHERLY RIDGE THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES Its not worth paying them rent if they are going to have RUDE EMPLOYEES I AM GETTING OUT THIS LEASE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO STILL WILL LIVE HERE NOT TO MENTION I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET OVER SINCE NOV 2018 only to have ROACHES more ... hide ...
