It was a horrible experience once dominium employees came Theyre very rude and look down upon u The regional manager wouldnt resign my lease because she couldnt control a conversation that she wasnt involved in She called the police on me making false claims and laughed about putting me and my children out Amber Pratter is very cold HEARTED and RACIST U snatched my children and l livelihood away from us for no actual reason with no place to go I tried reaching the corporate office but they redirected it back to her Kelsi knows the truth and youre just as wrong for not speaking up to your mom the regional manager because you know deep down inside I did nothing wrong I never had an altercation with anyone in that office until AMBER PRATTER jumped into Kelsi and I conversation Ive complained about MOLD for 3 mos to 2 different people and nobody came to see about it My cabinet was about to fall in and I was told that the insurance claim was to expensive so they put a makeshift board to replace it came and replaced my toilet with a new one but NOBODY DID ANYTHING ABOUT THE MOLD BEHIND ITnnPHOTOS FROM AFTER MOVING MY THINGS OUT more ... hide ...

This place isnt what I expected I moved here from Boston MA and found out they are closed Sunday Wednesday and Saturday Also the office closes at 4 during the days they are open Any package you order you will never get because the delivery companys need a key to enter the breezeways If they happen to give the package to the office the office NEVER tells you 2019-09-11T00:20:06Z

I have lived here almost three years mainly because Nashville is overcrowded We have not had any stability with people in the office and the one person they had here they let go and it seemed that she was going to do great things for this place These people dont care about anything or any of their residents whatsoever and will be quick to blame you for something Now dont get me wrong there are a lot of kids around but people got to live somewhere and honestly the kids at least in my complex are respectful and for the most part its really quiet I just feel that because of this community they continue to jack up prices and dont want to fix things or make this community look better than it should I mean like where the flowers at I dont even like flowers but damn do something to make this place look presentable I blame the management company They could give two fu about how we living and thats why people complaining on here now I usually dont write reviews but this is just getting out of hand with no place to go They need to get better and come to work on time answer the phones and be professional more ... hide ...
