Dont read in to these previous comments all to much I moved here Jan 1 of this year The manager in the previous bad reviews definitely is not the current manager at the property The current Manager Mrs Tabitha is truly the best She works so hard to accommodate your needs she answers your questions or concerns immediately If anything needs repair she will have it fixed with in 24 hours or less The propertys maintenance is just 1 person so sometimes it can take a day or so for him to get to you but he is always onsite working all day so he tries his best to get to you ASAP we have always been able to have Mr Ricky the maintenance help us pretty much immediately As for location you are conveniently located to anything you may need and about 12 mins from downtown The other perks is the price point is unbeatable for this area The neighbors really keep to themselves which I like and are quite Very pet friendly If you are new to Nashville this is an affordableand perfectly fine place to get your feet on the groundnnThank you Tabitha for being awesome more ... hide ...
