Ive been intending to write this review for quite some time I have time todaynI lived at Chaparral from 20112017 Everything was great up until my living room ceiling caved in downstairs bedroom ceiling caved in as well due to water pipe bursting We also had issues with mold mildew The broiler room was constantly having issues as to were Allen Fire Dept would come out My apt was located on the end next to the broiler room which is located next to my living room My living room ceiling would leak water often maintenance would come patch it up and say the problem was fixed When reported to the manager at the time Jeri she would come out pretend to care send maintenance then leave It wasnt until the water pipe burst the ceiling collapsed in my downstairs bedroom We were left with the mess no bedroom to sleep in and still paying rent At this point Jeri wanted to patch up the ceiling I refused and told her I was moving I found a new place elsewhere and Jeri was refusing to sign my rental verification that was needed for my new place I had to contact the corporate office Capstone Management and inform them Jeri would not return the form needed Regina the regional supervisor at the time contacted me and she signed and submitted over the form needed so we could move Moved out the following weekend Fast forward 4 years later I found out there was an EVICTION filed which of course I didnt know about because I had moved and was no longer at the property For those looking to move here not sure how the management is now but look ELSEWHERE
