This place was decent in the beginning but now You get no email response theyve lost money orders and rent payments and they literally never answer their phones They have a whole building full of staff members that live that but dont bother to take care of anyone elses needs in the complex We placed maintaince orders in when we first moved and they were lite 2022-07-11T20:51:07Z
This place was decent in the beginning but now You get no email response theyve lost money orders and rent payments and they literally never answer their phones They have a whole building full of staff members that live that but dont bother to take care of anyone elses needs in the complex We placed maintaince orders in when we first moved and they were literally just addressed back in February Over a year to address the maintained issues Our package got stolen by little kids one time and when we informed the office problems began and we started getting fees other people problems I recently fgot sick and had to ask travis county for assistancenwith rent and sure enough that eas ompossinle because they couldnt get in touch with any one from the team to get my rent paid Now im suffering from debt because they lack communication The debt I can fix bubut there has been times after we moved in three months in a row between April may and June of 2021 we were audited three times Turns out after asking questions theyve lost all our income paperwork and so on If we didnt comply with sending in the documents for a third time we were going to get evicted because of their irresponsibility I would not recommend this complex to anyone They cannot be trusted and their communication is poor The service is poor The inside is beautiful no doubt but customer service goes a long way They even tried to tow my car after Ive lived there for nearly two years makes no sense Never had an issue unp until June I just dont think its ideal It used to be friendly Staff was alert and responsive but now it just isnt the same Incompetent workers Management is poor Staff is poor Im stuck with a debt due to irresponsibility on their end Its okay I do have a lawyer looking into the issues due to my paper trail of multiple communications that have been ignored more ... hide ...

I absolutely hate the process of moving Too much time work for weeks but I need to give a shout out to HATC for helping my transition from Houston to Austin go so smoothly And a very special thanks to Miss V Perez for going beyond the call of duty in making sure this was a successful port for me I can honestly say that had this woman not went beyond for me 2019-12-05T15:52:00Z
