I have lived here for 21 years In fact I might be the oldestresiding tenant here at The Trails formerly Creekside I have been very happy living here It is safe and clean and mostly very quiet Landscaping is always carefully managed I will admit that during the Aughts there was some crimedrug elements here but that has dramatically changed for the 2021-08-11T21:09:26Z
I have lived here for 21 years In fact I might be the oldestresiding tenant here at The Trails formerly Creekside I have been very happy living here It is safe and clean and mostly very quiet Landscaping is always carefully managed I will admit that during the Aughts there was some crimedrug elements here but that has dramatically changed for the better in the last five years Staff is very attentive to all manner of problems you might have and they take of it pronto It is true that some of the residential rules seem to get bent by some tenants eg having nonpatio furniture and general ugly storage on patios and it took aeons for a pothole to be filled in the parking lot but other than these I cant complain TRAILS is so handy to Boerne downtown and the grassy river area behind the building is always gorgeous Highly recommended more ... hide ...

On site Mgr Shows equal respect across the board for All Tenants Very Clean and Quiet Environment Timely Maintenance is not an issue

Summary Completive pricing no maintenance poor customer servicenI have been here about two years There is almost no maintenance and if they do show up their skills are usually low Follow up is bad The manager always complains that she cant keep maintenance people but nowhere else I have lived has had this problem I have personally met at least 4 maintenance people who have all left or been fired Usually I fix things in the apartment myself The outside AC unit has never been serviced so I washed out the fins myself last summer so that air could flow through them again The inside air blower I have had to change the filter myself the past two yearsnLast summer they did a reasonable job with the grounds but the summer before they mowed the grounds only about twice the whole summernDont judge the place by the clubhouseits gorgeous but does not accurately represent the rest of the facilitynAnd try getting the front office to answer the phone I suspect they have residents numbers stored so they can see if a resident is calling and put off answering their calls more ... hide ...
