Im being generous rating this place a one star I did not want to write anything bad about this place but it has to be said and pointed out If you are considering moving into this apartment complex consider the following firstly the staff are not pet friendly They say they are but they arent They have a problem with my dog for who knows what reason Secondly the staff are not kind or sympathetic to their tenants Personally speaking from my experience they have not treated my family and I with respect Also they go as far as waiting for you to leave your apartment so that they can barge into your home without permission Yes you read that correctly They do this thinking that their tenants wont notice but we do Last time I checked invading someones home without permission is considered to be illegal Lastly when staff want to inspect your apartment they knock on your door as if they were to be hammering a stubborn nail onto the door So very rude and completely unnecessary These are just some of the many MANY things I have experienced living here If I could move out sooner I definitely would The one positive thing would be that the place is decent and clean looking But do not let the looks of this place deceive you If it werent for the awfully rude staff I would give this place a better rating It is up to you if you want to live in such a negative atmosphere more ... hide ...

They had issues with their boiler system awhile back and it took them some time to get it back and running Other than that one of the better apartment complexes in browntown
