I lived in these same apartments years ago and they were very nice and had a great maintenence and management crew and the grounds were kept up nicely Today I went to seek an application for my Mother who is disabled and unable to get out She has a caregiver that comes each day to help her and do errands seeing as she cant get out but to my surprise the sa

I lived in these same apartments years ago and they were very nice and had a great maintenence and management crew and the grounds were kept up nicely Today I went to seek an application for my Mother who is disabled and unable to get out She has a caregiver that comes each day to help her and do errands seeing as she cant get out but to my surprise the same happy helpful staff was not there odviously Instead the property had trash blowing through the yards I even picked up a beer can and threw it away myself there was graffiti painted on a wall and upon entering the office I was ask what do you need No hi how are you how can I help you just what do you need I ask for an application and was denied I was told she does not hand out applications I explained my Mothers situation about not being able to get around and being disabled and in return I was told that if she wanted to live there she would find away to get there I guess alot has changed since I lived there and its a shame It truly was nice at one time I truly hope this managers corporate offices start paying attention to this place and how she descrimanates against the elderly and disabled because a rude unprofessional woman like this has no place being a manager of anything The last I checked discrimination is illegal I will be turning it over to the Better Business Bureau and to her corporate office I am truly disappointed in how people treat our elderly and disabled This manager is a complete disgrace and Im very disappointed in the William Trace corporate office for putting such a unprofessional person like this in charge of there business investments
