This property has went downhill the tenants have been without water for 3 days They expect elderly tenants to bring buckets containers etc to the first floor to fill up with water and carry it to there apartments This is deplorable Surely there is money in the budget for natural disasters Supply them with gallon water jugs outside there door Most of th 2021-02-22T01:39:33Z
This property has went downhill the tenants have been without water for 3 days They expect elderly tenants to bring buckets containers etc to the first floor to fill up with water and carry it to there apartments This is deplorable Surely there is money in the budget for natural disasters Supply them with gallon water jugs outside there door Most of these people are ill or have some type of disability and cannot lift heavy buckets of waternnThe amenities in this property has really gone down before COVID even happened they stop leaving the dining room area open for tenants to be able to sit and enjoy each others company once the office closed I use to be open all night until property ownermanager allowed their relative to have a sweet 16 party in the dining room playing loud music after quiet hours Because someone complained about loud music they punished them by no longer allow them to use the dining area after office hoursnnSome of the office staff or rude and the turn over rate in office is ridiculous Find somewhere else for loved on to stay because Alpha and Barnes does not care about this community more ... hide ...

A disabled and terminally ill woman lives in Fountains of Rosemeade and doesnt get her disability check until the 3rd of the month She wasnt able to bring her rent check to the rental office on the 3rd because it was iced over they didnt salt or shovel so her wheelchair couldnt make it through She tried to pay her rent on the 4th and they are charging her a 2022-02-05T19:04:13Z
