I have done this once before but for whatever reason I dont see it My daughter was one of the first to move into these new apt She was very excited right off the bat we had to clean the apt even though she would be the first to live there It looked as if no one had done the clean up after whomever did the remodeling of the apt But she didnt say anything she 2020-09-02T18:53:40Z
I have done this once before but for whatever reason I dont see it My daughter was one of the first to move into these new apt She was very excited right off the bat we had to clean the apt even though she would be the first to live there It looked as if no one had done the clean up after whomever did the remodeling of the apt But she didnt say anything she was just excited to have her own little place for her daughter and herself She was a single mom going to college and a full time essential workerAfter being there a year never late on her rent or bills very responsible about her apt even though right away handles falling off outlets with no power windows not sealed correctly both wind and rain would come thru so much so that her dinning area flooded several times She reported it all in writing to office down stairs Handles never fixed several outlets never worked and the window finally was fixed the last month she lived there When she moved she was for sure she would get her deposit back because she left it in better shape then when she moved into the apt But to her disbelief received a call a month later that her deposit was used for cleaning and repairs and she owed them three dollars still which was BS I would not recommend for anyone to rent a apt thereThe elevator was always breaking down and some not get fixed for days and I dont believe the lobby elevator or doors or windows or hallways were ever cleaned Awful place more ... hide ...

No help to anyone not from here Im from fort Worth didnt help me at allavoid this place at all cost
