Lived here since 2018quiet community friendly neighbors They do pest control every couple of months and are prompt with service request The apartment manager Natalie is awesome and always good with communications I will be moving soon but it was a wonderful experience

I deleted my original post due to being pressured by my neighbor to write the bad review about Commerce Housing Ive never lived in housing but my neighbors across the street talked out everything everything is good except for the CRAZY neighbor filing FALSE COMPLAINTS TO THE HOUSING OFFICE COMMERCE PD She has done this EVERYWHERE shes lived She needs to 2022-08-29T20:49:57Z
I deleted my original post due to being pressured by my neighbor to write the bad review about Commerce Housing Ive never lived in housing but my neighbors across the street talked out everything everything is good except for the CRAZY neighbor filing FALSE COMPLAINTS TO THE HOUSING OFFICE COMMERCE PD She has done this EVERYWHERE shes lived She needs to be committed or put in jail for HARRASSMENT She parks her car where our neighbors across the street have a problem backing out Shes just mean She drives down Sunrise EVERYDAY When I filled out the application for Commerce housing I was told 1 year a half to 2 yrs it was 5 months You may have to remind them of something that you need done but hey its a decent place just talk to your neighbors more ... hide ...

My family and I loved living at Churchill Most of the community was kind and welcoming the staff was top notch friendly and helpful Things were taken care of in a timely manner

Ive moved around everywhere for years this place is home for good Not only is the community safe clean and eye appealing the people here are friendly and everyone is welcome It has a down to earth feeling Children play freely and safely Everyone basically knows everyone without being overly intrusive Now to the insides are awesome I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath 2020-05-29T20:27:50Z
