There is no excuses that Hollow Creek cannot fix problems here You can call email and even walk into the office It does not mean they will help you After waiting several months before Zenobia relieved maybe we were getting some where with new staff arrived and dealing with a broken managerial issues maintenance issuestoilet running disposal stopped door came off hinges Simple small honey do jobs Zenobia promised a a whole new apartment only for the air cleaning company to come in and take things out of my cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms tore open walls Run a loud machines for a week leave and I had to call for someone to pick up machines They came and got them said they would return and fix my unit No my list of maintenance issues grew three times bigger Because now I have had these giant holes for months now Why run our heater during wintermoney just wasted to stay warm Zenobia doesnt walk the complex come by and check if work is getting fixed She probably is paying these temp maintenance for work not done Not even the little things getting fixed The only thing they did was clean the airMy opinion the air is still not clean My apartment is 3X worse It failed the second inspection they have had plenty of time to fix Zenobia told housing it had all been fixed So now housing says I have to move I truly believe Hollow Creek wanted to put our family out on purpose We have lived here since 2011 I called several times about other issues and not one time has anyone from Hollow Creek contacted me EXCEPT this nice email to give them feedback with a Google review The only reason I give it a two is because the Garage is an asset and if you keep your home clean do your own repairs more ... hide ...

I looked into Park Village Apartments for my disabled parents and brother I read some of the reviews but I also talked to people who live here Online reviews are one side of a story and people shocker dont always tell the truth when theyre mad things didnt go their waynnLet me start this off by saying that the paperwork can be complicated to fill out This is housing that fills a much needed gap for those whos income falls higher than poverty level but not high enough to obtain housing in a more expensive apartment complex Understand there is some bureaucracy that must be served Also understand that the staff do not set these rulesnnThat being said the staff at Park Village were utterly and unequivocally phenomenal I dealt with Sonia almost exclusively during the application process and she is hands down one of the most patient and wonderful people I have ever met She literally went line for line down the paperwork to explain understanding that its complicated to complete and helped me get everything filled out just so As I mentioned before you have to understand these are not HER rules These are the rules that have been set forth by the management company Bless her I probably drove her crazy having to fill stuff out sometimes three times and resubmit paperwork because I didnt do it correctlynnAs to the property due to my job I go into a lot of different complexes and see a lot of different types of houses and apartments Park Village is not brand new but it is clean and safe They do their best to make sure its kept that way too The grounds were kept clean and free of trash None of the dumpsters had trash around it like Ive seen at even some of the more expensive complexes I can tell that the staff take pride in their grounds When we had a couple of small issues during the walkthrough she and her supervisor immediately and profusely apologized and took responsibility for it even though in my opinion it wasnt their fault Before we even got the door closed the maintenance person was there to deal with it and make it rightnnIll close out my review by mentioning one of the big things I noticed a LOT of kids were outside playing That says something to me That says parents are okay letting their kids play outside because they know theyre safe Even though my parents are older and dont have any children it made me feel safer knowing theyre therennI know that this sounds like one of those gushing paid reviews that the internet is riddled with Theres nothing I can say to convince you that it is genuine Just give them a chance and remember to be patient They have their rules to follow and they do want to rent to you more ... hide ...
